CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in odh-dashboard. An authenticated user of the dashboard can exploit a vulnerability related to how RoleBindings are created. The system does not properly validate the `roleRef` field, allowing a user to specify an arbitrary role, including highly privileged ones like `cluster-admin`. This can lead to privilege escalation, where an attacker gains unauthorized elevated access within their namespace and potentially persistent control over the system. |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. When a trust relationship is configured between FreeIPA and Active Directory, Active Directory users can bypass authentication for FreeIPA services, including the portal, SMB server, and LDAP directory. This is possible by impersonating a client name in the Ticket Granting Service (TGS) due to FreeIPA services not verifying Privilege Attribute Certificate (PAC) certificates. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated Active Directory user to escalate their privileges within the FreeIPA domain. |
| Berkeley Out-of-Order Machine (BOOM) commit 5223e44cfeb26f41380057a2eb4d651197475f69 contains a potential incorrect privilege assignment issue in the v3 and v4 NBDTLB implementations. The raw mstatus.SUM value participates in the read and write permission logic without an explicit local satp.MODE validity check at the use site |
| A vulnerability was determined in krayin laravel-crm up to 2.2.5. This affects an unknown part of the file packages/Webkul/Admin/src/Http/Controllers/Settings/UserController.php of the component User Management. Executing a manipulation of the argument role_id can lead to improper privilege management. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Upgrading to version 2.2.6 is able to mitigate this issue. This patch is called 5469d70336fbb25e8e513683e82b32982ce8aa82. Upgrading the affected component is advised. |
| AnyIO is a high level asynchronous concurrency and networking framework that works on top of either Trio or asyncio. In 4.14.0, AnyIO accepts the POSIX extra_groups argument in anyio.run_process() and anyio.open_process(), but open_process() forwards the group argument to the backend instead of extra_groups. A caller that supplies extra_groups=[] to clear inherited supplementary groups can therefore launch a child that retains the parent process groups, undermining a privilege-dropping boundary. If group is also supplied, the integer group value is passed where an iterable of supplementary groups is expected and the launch can fail with TypeError. This issue affects POSIX applications that rely on AnyIO subprocess helpers to launch less-privileged child processes. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.2. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: fix maximum allowed access checks
The DACL permission check looks for an ACE matching the current user and
falls back to the Everyone ACE. It does not consider an Authenticated
Users ACE, even though an authenticated session is a member of that
well-known group.
As a result, opening a file whose access is granted through S-1-5-11 can
incorrectly fail with STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. Treat an Authenticated Users
ACE as a fallback entry alongside Everyone.
The maximal access calculation also combines access masks from every ACE,
regardless of whether its SID applies to the current user. This can grant
rights belonging to an unrelated principal. Process only ACEs applying to
the user, Everyone, or Authenticated Users, and accumulate allowed and
denied masks in ACL order. Preserve explicitly requested access bits so
they are validated against the resulting maximal mask.
When ACCESS_SYSTEM_SECURITY is denied, report STATUS_PRIVILEGE_NOT_HELD
instead of the generic STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. Access to the system ACL
requires a security privilege that ksmbd does not grant.
For regular files, include FILE_EXECUTE in maximal access when the client
requested GENERIC_EXECUTE and the DACL grants the complete file-read set.
Keep a direct FILE_EXECUTE request subject to the explicit DACL bit. This
matches the POSIX file ACL mapping without broadening specific execute
requests.
Do not replace rights from an applicable NT ACE with a POSIX ACL entry.
The POSIX ACL is only a fallback when no user, Everyone, or Authenticated
Users ACE applies; otherwise it can incorrectly broaden the stored DACL.
This fixes smb2.maximum_allowed.maximum_allowed. |
| Incorrect Privilege Assignment vulnerability in MultiVendorX Product Catalog Enquiry for WooCommerce by MultiVendorX woocommerce-catalog-enquiry allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects Product Catalog Enquiry for WooCommerce by MultiVendorX: from n/a through 6.1.5. |
| LiteSpeed User-End cPanel Plugin before 2.4.5 allows privilege escalation (possibly to root), as exploited in the wild in May 2026. Detection is best done via a command line of grep -rE "cpanel_jsonapi_func=redisAble" /var/cpanel/logs /usr/local/cpanel/logs/ 2>/dev/null in Bash. If you get no output, you have not been hit with exploitation of the vulnerability. If there is output, we recommend you examine the IP addresses in the list, determine if they are valid IP addresses, and if not, block them. To determine damage done, examine the system logs for use by the detected IP addresses. The issue is related to mishandling of Redis enable/disable features. The recommended minimum version is 2.4.7. |
| A flaw was found in the automation-controller instance
install-bundle endpoint. When a System Administrator downloads
an execution/hop node's install bundle, the controller signs an
X.509 certificate with the receptor mesh certificate authority
in which the Common Name, DNS subject-alternative-name, and
receptor node-id are taken verbatim from the caller-chosen
instance hostname, with a hard-coded ten-year validity, a random
serial, and no issuance log or revocation list. Because the
hostname charset validator is case-insensitive while the
uniqueness validator is case-sensitive, an administrator can
register a case variant of an existing control node's hostname
and obtain a mesh-CA-signed certificate that TLS peers, which
match hostnames case-insensitively, accept as that control node.
In managed/hosted deployments — where the customer holds
controller superuser but the platform operator runs the mesh —
this yields a long-lived, non-revocable mesh peer credential and,
with an on-path position, TLS impersonation or interception of
control/hybrid mesh nodes. It does not grant direct remote code
execution, because receptor work submission is gated by a
separate signing key not included in the bundle. |
| A flaw has been found in Neethuharii CafeManagement. Affected by this vulnerability is the function addcashier of the file AddCashierCode.php. Executing a manipulation of the argument uname/pass/role/status can lead to improper authorization. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was determined in TaleLin lin-cms-spring-boot up to 0.2.1. Affected is the function getBooks of the file src/main/java/io/github/talelin/latticy/controller/v1/BookController.java of the component book Endpoint. Executing a manipulation can lead to improper authorization. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The Import and export users and customers plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.17 via the plugin's own export and re-import workflow. The vulnerability exists because the exporter writes CSV cells using fputcsv() with a NUL byte (\0) as the escape character, while the importer parses the same file using SplFileObject::fgetcsv() with only a single delimiter argument, causing PHP's default backslash escape character to be applied instead; because the export column layout places display_name immediately before the role column and nickname immediately after, an attacker can store crafted values in those two profile fields — saved by WordPress core via the standard profile page — such that the escape mismatch causes the parser to merge the display_name cell into the role field and rebalance the column count via nickname, yielding administrator as the parsed role for their own row when it reaches the import_user function's add_role function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or above to escalate their privileges to Administrator. Exploitation requires a site administrator to trigger the plugin's documented export re-import migration with both "Update existing users" and "Update roles for existing users" set to "yes". |
| A vulnerability was found in TaleLin lin-cms-spring-boot up to 0.2.1. This impacts the function getBook of the file src/main/java/io/github/talelin/latticy/controller/v1/BookController.java of the component book Endpoint. Performing a manipulation of the argument ID results in improper authorization. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Incorrect Privilege Assignment vulnerability in PublishPress PublishPress Capabilities capability-manager-enhanced allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects PublishPress Capabilities: from n/a through 2.45.0. |
| A vulnerability has been found in SveltyCMS 0.0.6. This affects an unknown part of the file src/routes/api/[...path]/+server.ts of the component User Attribute Update Endpoint. Such manipulation leads to improper access controls. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The name of the patch is 05b4f9efeb79e9d72a693232334d7529687f896f. It is advisable to implement a patch to correct this issue. |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform's automation-controller. A user
with the delegated Instance Group Admin role on a container group can set a free-form
pod specification override that is deep-merged, without filtering, into every job pod
launched on that group. The only hardening applied is forcing
automountServiceAccountToken to false, which does not remove an explicitly declared
projected serviceAccountToken volume or secret volume mounts. A non-superuser can
therefore cause the kubelet to mint a ServiceAccount token for the control-plane
automation-controller service account into the job container and mount arbitrary
secrets from the control-plane namespace, obtaining the control-plane service-account
identity on the Kubernetes API and cleartext control-plane secrets (including the
platform database password and Django SECRET_KEY), leading to full platform data
compromise. |
| Dell Command | Monitor (DCM), versions prior to 10.13.2, contain an Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of Privileges. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in samanhappy MCPHub up to 1.0.32. The impacted element is the function importTemplate of the file src/services/templateService.ts of the component Template Import Endpoint. The manipulation leads to improper privilege management. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. Upgrading to version 1.0.33 is sufficient to resolve this issue. The identifier of the patch is 18a4467bc4ec6390b1f841d8a468a37e9922f837. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component. |
| A vulnerability was found in Moore Threads MTT S80 Driver Package 340.150. The affected element is the function sub_140006F0C in the library mtdispkm64.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation results in improper privilege management. Attacking locally is a requirement. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In JetBrains YouTrack before 2026.2.18634, insufficient validation of role assignments allowed privilege escalation |
