CVSS v3.1 |
PLANKA 2.2.0 through 2.2.1 fails to limit incorrect TOTP codes submitted to POST /api/access-tokens/verify-totp, allowing attackers to brute force two-factor authentication codes. Attackers who know a user's password can reuse the ten-minute pending token to guess six-digit codes until one succeeds, obtaining a full access token.
Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 4.0.0 until 4.13.3 and 5.8.3, app-based multi-factor authentication management actions do not consistently require confirmation of the current password. An attacker with access to an authenticated user session can set up app-based MFA and obtain recovery codes, or disable app-based MFA and regenerate recovery codes by supplying an existing app code or recovery code, without knowing the account password. Email-based MFA is not affected, and the issue does not independently permit an unauthenticated sign-in, but changing the app-MFA configuration may lock the legitimate user out. This issue is fixed in versions 4.13.3 and 5.8.3.
A vulnerability was detected in OSSRS srs up to 7.0-a1. This affects the function systemAPI.Run of the file internal/proxy/api.go of the component System API. Performing a manipulation results in missing authentication. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Upgrading to version 8.0-d0 mitigates this issue. The patch is named bb5fde228f4ca5bd26d96368b61f6e0c21df51df. The affected component should be upgraded.
A weakness has been identified in ZongXR SuperMarket 1.0.0.0. This affects the function startBuy of the file instant-buy/src/main/java/com/supermarket/instantbuy/controller/InstantBuyController.java of the component Instant Buy. Executing a manipulation of the argument Username can lead to missing authentication. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's magic-code email login uses a six-digit numeric OTP with approximately 20 bits of entropy. The verifier has no per-code failed-attempt counter, and an incorrect code does not increment a counter, invalidate the Redis entry, or lock the email address. The verifier extends django.views.View rather than DRF's APIView, so the configured AnonRateThrottle limit does not apply. The middleware stack also contains no Django-level rate limiter such as django-ratelimit, django-axes, or an IP-throttling middleware. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0.
Mitigation bypass in the Networking component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156, Firefox ESR 153.3, Thunderbird 156, and Thunderbird 153.3.
CWE-306: Missing Authentication for Critical Function in the ait.core.server telemetry and command broker (ait-server) in NASA-AMMOS AIT-Core through 3.1.1 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker with network access to the ZeroMQ message bus to inject spacecraft command data, exfiltrate command and telemetry traffic, inject forged telemetry, or disrupt the command and telemetry bus. The ait-server ZeroMQ broker binds its XSUB and XPUB sockets to all network interfaces by default without authentication or transport security. An attacker able to reach TCP port 5559 can publish messages onto internal topics, including the __commands__ command topic. With the shipped default configuration, command messages are forwarded through command_stream and emitted on the command-uplink UDP path. An attacker able to reach TCP port 5560 can subscribe to command and telemetry traffic on the ground bus. AIT-Core 3.1.2 changes the default ZeroMQ bind addresses to loopback.
Zilliz Attu before 3.0.0 has a Playground feature that does not require authentication for proxying arbitrary HTTP and HTTPS requests to URLs on the public internet.
OpenAM before 16.1.3 contains an unauthenticated arbitrary class instantiation vulnerability in the legacy JAX-RPC SOAP interface that allows remote attackers to load classes without authentication. Attackers can send SOAP requests to /jaxrpc/* with an unverified session identifier and a chosen class name, crashing the server, probing the classpath, or potentially reaching code execution via gadget chains.
Python Social Auth is a social authentication/registration mechanism. Prior to version 5.0.0, the SAML backend accepted SAML responses on the Assertion Consumer Service endpoint without verifying that they matched a previously issued `AuthnRequest`. Applications using SAML account association could allow an attacker with a valid account on a trusted IdP to link the attacker's SAML identity to a logged-in victim's local account. The attacker could then authenticate through SAML and gain access to the victim's account. The issue affects applications using the SAML backend together with authenticated account association. The issue has been fixed in version 5.0.0 by validating SAML responses against stored `AuthnRequest` IDs.
A vulnerability was detected in Casdoor up to 3.161.1. Affected is the function ApiFilter of the file routers/authz_filter.go of the component API Endpoint. Performing a manipulation results in missing authentication. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was detected in linlinjava litemall up to 1.8.0. This affects an unknown part of the file litemall-admin-api/src/main/java/org/linlinjava/litemall/admin/web/AdminAuthController.java of the component Login Endpoint. The manipulation results in improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts. The attack may be performed from remote. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit is now public and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
UTMStack before 11.2.16 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows remote attackers to gain full administrative API access by presenting a valid Utm-Internal-Key header matching the INTERNAL_KEY environment variable value, which the InternalApiKeyFilter accepts for any endpoint without path restriction, constant-time comparison, rate limiting, or audit logging. Attackers who obtain the key value can authenticate without a user account or JWT to create accounts, manage users, exfiltrate data, and modify security rules.
Flame through 2.4.0 contains an improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts vulnerability in the POST /api/auth login endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to brute-force the admin password. Attackers can submit unlimited password guesses without rate limiting, attempt counters, lockouts, or delays to gain full administrator access and modify application configuration.
Zabbix Server and Proxy accept the active agent heartbeat message regardless of the configured PSK or certificate authentication. This means someone with access to the Zabbix trapper port can report an arbitrary host using an active agent as available, resulting in a loss of integrity.
Comelit Multi-User Gateway for VIP System (model 1456B) firmware versions 2.9.1 and 2.10.0 expose a network-accessible management interface that does not require authentication. Through this interface, sensitive device configuration data - including the Remote Configuration Password - can be read in cleartext by a remote, unauthenticated attacker.
| Missing authentication for critical function in the authentication dependency in Loom for AWS before 1.6.1 allowed remote actors to obtain super-admin authority over the agent control plane, including registering tool servers, reading stored integration credentials, and rewriting the IAM role policies attached to managed agent roles, via any request to the application API in a deployment where no identity provider is configured.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.6.1 or later. |
The WebSocket Application Programming Interface lacks restrictions on the number of authentication requests. This absence of rate limiting may allow an attacker to conduct denial-of-service attacks or brute-force attacks to gain unauthorized access.
WebSocket endpoints lack proper authentication mechanisms, enabling attackers to impersonate charging stations. As a result, attackers can exploit this weakness to gain unauthorized access to sensitive data or perform unauthorized actions. Given that no authentication is required, this can lead to privilege escalation and potentially compromise the security of the entire system.
A flaw was found in advisor-backend. A network-adjacent unauthenticated attacker could exploit a vulnerability in the `/private/import_content/` endpoint, which lacks proper authentication and permission checks. This allows the attacker to overwrite the global Advisor rule, resolution, and playbook catalogue. When combined with another vulnerability involving unsafe YAML deserialization, this could lead to arbitrary code execution on affected systems.
