| The Linux Kernel 2.6.32 and later are affected by a denial of service, by flooding the diagnostic port 0x80 an exception can be triggered leading to a kernel panic. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000366 | 8 Debian, Gnu, Mcafee and 5 more | 26 Debian Linux, Glibc, Web Gateway and 23 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| glibc contains a vulnerability that allows specially crafted LD_LIBRARY_PATH values to manipulate the heap/stack, causing them to alias, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. Please note that additional hardening changes have been made to glibc to prevent manipulation of stack and heap memory but these issues are not directly exploitable, as such they have not been given a CVE. This affects glibc 2.25 and earlier. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000251 | 4 Debian, Linux, Nvidia and 1 more | 17 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Jetson Tk1 and 14 more | 2025-04-20 | 8.0 High |
| The native Bluetooth stack in the Linux Kernel (BlueZ), starting at the Linux kernel version 2.6.32 and up to and including 4.13.1, are vulnerable to a stack overflow vulnerability in the processing of L2CAP configuration responses resulting in Remote code execution in kernel space. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000116 | 3 Debian, Mercurial, Redhat | 9 Debian Linux, Mercurial, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |

| CVE-2017-17405 | 3 Debian, Redhat, Ruby-lang | 13 Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Desktop and 10 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| Ruby before 2.4.3 allows Net::FTP command injection. Net::FTP#get, getbinaryfile, gettextfile, put, putbinaryfile, and puttextfile use Kernel#open to open a local file. If the localfile argument starts with the "|" pipe character, the command following the pipe character is executed. The default value of localfile is File.basename(remotefile), so malicious FTP servers could cause arbitrary command execution. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000111 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 11 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 8 more | 2025-04-20 | 7.8 High |
| Linux kernel: heap out-of-bounds in AF_PACKET sockets. This new issue is analogous to previously disclosed CVE-2016-8655. In both cases, a socket option that changes socket state may race with safety checks in packet_set_ring. Previously with PACKET_VERSION. This time with PACKET_RESERVE. The solution is similar: lock the socket for the update. This issue may be exploitable, we did not investigate further. As this issue affects PF_PACKET sockets, it requires CAP_NET_RAW in the process namespace. But note that with user namespaces enabled, any process can create a namespace in which it has CAP_NET_RAW. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000083 | 3 Debian, Gnome, Redhat | 9 Debian Linux, Evince, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| backend/comics/comics-document.c (aka the comic book backend) in GNOME Evince before 3.24.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a .cbt file that is a TAR archive containing a filename beginning with a "--" command-line option substring, as demonstrated by a --checkpoint-action=exec=bash at the beginning of the filename. | ||||
| CVE-2017-0903 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Redhat and 1 more | 11 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux and 8 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| RubyGems versions between 2.0.0 and 2.6.13 are vulnerable to a possible remote code execution vulnerability. YAML deserialization of gem specifications can bypass class white lists. Specially crafted serialized objects can possibly be used to escalate to remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2017-10087 | 4 Debian, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 30 Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Backup and 27 more | 2025-04-20 | 9.6 Critical |
| Vulnerability in the Java SE, Java SE Embedded component of Oracle Java SE (subcomponent: Libraries). Supported versions that are affected are Java SE: 6u151, 7u141 and 8u131; Java SE Embedded: 8u131. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Java SE, Java SE Embedded. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Java SE, Java SE Embedded, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Java SE, Java SE Embedded. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. This vulnerability does not apply to Java deployments, typically in servers, that load and run only trusted code (e.g., code installed by an administrator). CVSS 3.0 Base Score 9.6 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H). | ||||

| CVE-2017-3157 | 3 Apache, Debian, Redhat | 9 Openoffice, Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| By exploiting the way Apache OpenOffice before 4.1.4 renders embedded objects, an attacker could craft a document that allows reading in a file from the user's filesystem. Information could be retrieved by the attacker by, e.g., using hidden sections to store the information, tricking the user into saving the document and convincing the user to send the document back to the attacker. The vulnerability is mitigated by the need for the attacker to know the precise file path in the target system, and the need to trick the user into saving the document and sending it back. | ||||
| CVE-2017-10347 | 4 Debian, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 33 Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Backup and 30 more | 2025-04-20 | 5.3 Medium |

Supported versions that are affected are Java SE: 6u161, 7u151, 8u144 and 9; Java SE Embedded: 8u144. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Java SE, JRockit. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Java SE, JRockit. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security.
