CVE-2026-20527 2 Mediatek, Mediatek, Inc. 111 Mt2716, Mt2716 Firmware, Mt2735 and 108 more 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
In Modem, there is a possible system crash due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01864925 / MOLY01210562; Issue ID: MSV-8303.
CVE-2026-44038 1 Offis 1 Dcmtk 2026-10-08 4.4 Medium
A global out-of-bounds read in the Huffman decoder of the bundled IJG JPEG libraries (dcmjpeg/libijg8, libijg12 and libijg16) of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to read memory beyond the extend_test[] and extend_offset[] tables, causing incorrectly decoded pixel data or a crash, via a DICOM file with a crafted JPEG stream whose Huffman table defines a difference category above 15. Huffman symbol values are not range-checked unless DCMTK is built with DCMTK_ENABLE_STRICT_HUFFMAN_TABLE_CHECK, which is disabled by default. dcmdjpeg and any application that decompresses JPEG DICOM images with DCMTK are affected. The issue is fixed in commit d6ae1bc8d5b9ae9c7300013c8c85cc2ea0fd8cf5.
CVE-2026-44034 1 Offis 1 Dcmtk 2026-10-08 4.4 Medium
A heap-based out-of-bounds read in DcmRLECodecDecoder::decodeFrame() in dcmdata/libsrc/dcrleccd.cc of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to read up to 63 bytes of adjacent heap memory, or cause a crash, via a crafted RLE Lossless DICOM file whose pixel data fragment is shorter than the 64-byte RLE header. The function copies 64 bytes without checking the fragment length, a check that the sibling function decode() already performs. Applications that decode RLE images frame by frame (for example, through DcmPixelData::getUncompressedFrame()) are affected. The dcmdrle command-line tool uses decode() and is not affected. The issue is fixed in commit 45469f3c30037e9c7159290e4bb74cd7b3b9ef1d.
CVE-2026-18839 2 Popt-devel, Redhat 6 Popt-static, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more 2026-10-08 2.2 Low
An integer underflow was found in the popt library when formatting help text for option tables that exceed the terminal width. A local user who can cause an application to print help under those conditions may cause that application to crash or fail to display help, resulting in a denial of service of the affected application.
CVE-2026-16179 1 Ibm 4 Datapower Gateway 1050, Datapower Gateway 1060, Datapower Gateway 106cd and 1 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow an attacker to cause a heap buffer underwrite and potentially crash the service.
CVE-2026-16161 1 Ibm 4 Datapower Gateway 1050, Datapower Gateway 1060, Datapower Gateway 106cd and 1 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service due to an out-of-bounds read.
CVE-2026-107614 2026-10-08 6.1 Medium
An integer underflow in WinCursorShapeUtils::trimTransparent() in GlavSoft TightVNC Server for Windows before 2.8.88 allows a local authenticated user to crash the server, and potentially read out-of-bounds memory, by causing a cursor shape with a width or height of zero to be processed on the DXGI capture path. The loop bound width - 1 wraps to 0xFFFFFFFF, producing an access roughly 4 GB beyond the 64 KB cursor buffer; a monochrome cursor of height 1 also becomes 0 because getCursorHeight() halves the height in place.
CVE-2026-107611 2026-10-08 7.1 High
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the ZRLE decoder of GlavSoft TightVNC Viewer for Windows before 2.8.88 allows a malicious or compromised VNC server to read heap memory beyond the palette allocation and crash the viewer by sending ZRLE-encoded tiles whose palette indices exceed the declared palette size. readPaletteRleTile() and readPackedPaletteTile() use the attacker-supplied index to look up colours without validating it against the palette size; out-of-bounds heap data is copied into the framebuffer (garbled display) or the read faults, terminating the viewer.
CVE-2026-107503 2026-10-08 N/A
Unvalidated environments URL allows OAuth authorization code + PKCE verifier theft and account takeover via injected OIDC authority in Ditto Explorer in Eclipse Ditto Ditto Explorer [3.6.0,3.9.7] allows a craft link set an attacker-controlled OIDC authority with autoSso enabled. The UI then automatically starts a login at the genuine identity provider but exchanges the returned authorization code together with its PKCE code_verifier at an attacker-controlled token endpoint. This lets the attacker redeem the code for the victim's access and refresh tokens. Alternatively, an attacker-controlled api_uri causes the UI to send the victim's bearer token or Basic credentials to the attacker. Because the configuration is persisted, later visits to the UI without the crafted link repeat the token theft.
CVE-2026-103649 1 Progressive Robot 1 Hmailserver 2026-10-08 7.5 High
Missing network timeouts in the Linux builds of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.0 through 6.3.5 allow a remote attacker to hold server threads indefinitely and so stop outbound mail delivery (denial of service). The server set its socket timeouts in the form Windows takes, which Linux refuses, and its HTTPS clients read without a deadline, so a peer that accepts a connection and then sends nothing held the waiting thread for as long as the connection stayed open. The MTA-STS policy fetch, enabled by default, is made during outbound delivery to mta-sts.<recipient domain>, so anyone who can make the server deliver mail to a domain they control - for example as the envelope sender of a message that bounces - can hold delivery threads until outbound delivery stops. The same flaw affects the DANE TLSA query, the OAuth2 token request, the ACME client, and the ManageSieve and metrics listeners, which a silent client stops from serving anyone else. Windows builds are not affected.
CVE-2026-103011 1 Progressive Robot 1 Hmailserver 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
Heap-based buffer overflow in the legacy Blowfish encryption routine (BlowFishEncryptor::Encode, called by EncryptToString) in Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.5 allows an authenticated mailbox user to cause a denial of service (service crash), and possibly other unspecified impact. In 6.3.4 and 6.3.5, where the self-service REST API is enabled (it is off by default), the user does this remotely by adding a fetch account whose password is 129 to 247 characters long and not a multiple of 8, and then requesting their personal data export (GET /api/v1/me/export.zip), which encrypts that password with the legacy scheme. The same flaw is reachable on Windows by any local interactive user with no hMailServer credentials, through the COM method Utilities.BlowfishEncrypt, which checked no authentication. It is also reachable by every stored-secret write when ProtectStoredSecretsWithDPAPI is set to 0. For such a length, the routine's padding loop writes up to 7 zero bytes 2 to 232 bytes past the end of its 255-byte heap buffer. The ciphertext it returns is still correct.
CVE-2026-103010 2026-10-08 7.8 High
Heap-based buffer overflow in the legacy Blowfish decryption routine (BlowFishEncryptor::DecryptFromString) in Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.3 on Windows allows a local interactive user with no hMailServer credentials to write bytes of their choosing past the end of a 255-byte heap buffer in the hMailServer service process, which runs as LocalSystem by default. The user does this by passing a long hexadecimal string to the COM method Utilities.BlowfishDecrypt, which checked no authentication. The routine converted hexadecimal input of any length into a fixed 255-byte buffer before decrypting it in place. The result is a denial of service (service crash), and possibly code execution with the privileges of the service account.
CVE-2026-106218 1 Jetbrains 1 Teamcity 2026-10-08 8.8 High
In JetBrains TeamCity before 2026.1.3 2025.11.7 kotlin DSL sandbox escape leading to RCE on the server was possible
CVE-2026-63985 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-08 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ethtool: eeprom: add more safeties to EEPROM Netlink fallback The Netlink fallback path for reading module EEPROM (fallback_set_params()) validates that offset < eeprom_len, but does not check that offset + length stays within eeprom_len. The ioctl equivalent (ethtool_get_any_eeprom() in ioctl.c) has always enforced both bounds: if (eeprom.offset + eeprom.len > total_len) return -EINVAL; This could lead to surprises in both drivers and device FW. Add the missing offset + length validation to fallback_set_params(), mirroring the ioctl. Similarly - ethtool core in general, and ethtool_get_any_eeprom() in particular tries to zero-init all buffers passed to the drivers to avoid any extra work of zeroing things out. eeprom_fallback() uses a plain kmalloc(), change it to zalloc.

CVE-2026-107565 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-10-08 5.1 Medium
A flaw was found in luksmeta. A local attacker with administrative privileges can cause data corruption when saving metadata to a Linux Unified Key Setup (LUKS) device. Due to incorrect boundary calculations and flawed overlap detection, new metadata entries can be written beyond available free space or over existing records. This issue can corrupt stored encrypted payload data or existing metadata, potentially rendering the affected data inaccessible.
CVE-2026-14269 1 Ibm 4 Datapower Gateway 1050, Datapower Gateway 1060, Datapower Gateway 106cd and 1 more 2026-10-08 9.8 Critical
IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking. An unauthenticated remote attacker could overflow the buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
CVE-2026-18355 1 Redhat 10 Directory Server, Directory Server E4s, Enterprise Linux and 7 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in the SASL I/O layer of 389 Directory Server (389-ds-base). In sasl_io_start_packet(), the wrapped-record length read from the wire is validated only against an upper bound. A small wire length (0, 1, or 2) produces an encrypted_buffer_count below the already-consumed encrypted_buffer_offset, causing an unsigned subtraction underflow in sasl_io_read_packet(). PR_Recv is then requested to read approximately 4 GiB into a 1024-byte heap buffer, resulting in a heap buffer overflow with attacker-controlled content. After a successful SASL bind with integrity protection (SSF > 0), a remote authenticated attacker can cause a denial of service or potentially achieve remote code execution. This flaw is distinct from CVE-2026-11774, whose fix only guards against upper-bound overflow.
CVE-2026-15722 1 Redhat 12 389 Directory Server, Directory Server, Directory Server E4s and 9 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
A stack buffer overflow flaw was found in 389 Directory Server (389-ds-base). The get_ruvelement_from_berval() function in repl5_ruv.c copies digit characters from a network-supplied RUV berval into a fixed 16-byte stack buffer without bounds checking. A remote unauthenticated attacker can crash the LDAP server by sending a crafted StartNSDS50ReplicationRequest extended operation containing a replica ID field with more than 16 digit characters. The overflow occurs during payload decoding, before any authorization check. Stack protectors limit impact to denial of service.
CVE-2026-107635 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
Dislocker through 0.7.3 contains an integer underflow vulnerability in get_vmk() and get_fvek() that allows attackers to trigger out-of-bounds heap reads via crafted datum sizes. Attackers can supply a malicious BitLocker volume image with a datum_size smaller than the 36-byte AES-CCM header, causing hexdump() to over-read and crash dislocker.
