CVE-2026-108063 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-09 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in libhangul. When parsing Hanja dictionary files, the library fails to verify that an entry contains a valid value alongside its key. By providing a specially crafted dictionary file to an application that queries it, an attacker can trigger an unexpected application crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
CVE-2026-107736 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 N/A
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.6.1 and earlier, MaybeFlipBitmap() asks GDI+ to read the attacker-controlled PropertyTagOrientation size through GetPropertyItem() while supplying only a fixed 64-byte buf on the stack. Opening a crafted TIFF with enough EXIF Orientation values can cause attacker-selected bytes to overwrite stack control data, while tested builds terminate through the stack cookie check. No broader impact is claimed beyond the advisory-supported conditions. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107735 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 N/A
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.6.1 and earlier, InitializePolicies() starts the sumatrapdfrestrict.ini path with gPolicyRestrictions set to Perm::All and only ORs permission bits, so the INI file never revokes permissions. Deploying SumatraPDF with this INI file, including a malformed file or zero-valued permission settings, can silently bypass configured disk, network, printing, registry, clipboard, preference, and fullscreen restrictions. The -restrict command-line path works correctly and is not affected. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107734 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 N/A
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.5.2 and earlier, an attacker-controlled SyncTeX source filename is substituted for the %f placeholder in an external editor command line without safe Windows argument quoting, and the resulting command line is passed to CreateProcessW(). A user with an external editor configured or auto-detected who opens a PDF with a crafted .synctex.gz file and invokes inverse search can inject command-line flags; the resulting impact depends on the target editor interpreting those flags and can include unintended editor actions or code execution through a malicious extension. No broader impact is claimed beyond the advisory-supported conditions. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107731 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 5.5 Medium
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.7.0.22298, four independently reachable range-validation variants in src/LitDoc.cpp allow file-controlled offsets and sizes to overflow, narrow to negative values, or wrap before incomplete bounds checks. The affected calculations include contentOffset, the directory expression dirOff64 + dirLen64, and the decoded-section offset + size, along with secondary-header range handling. Opening a crafted LIT file that reaches one of these variants can cause invalid pointer reads and deterministic application termination. No broader impact is claimed beyond the advisory-supported conditions. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107730 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 5.5 Medium
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.7.0.22298, LitParseHeader() in src/LitDoc.cpp computes the attacker-controlled hdrLen + nPieces * 16 section offset using signed 32-bit arithmetic without validating the complete result. When the component values make that aggregate calculation overflow to a negative value, pointer construction reaches an invalid read in LitU32(), causing deterministic application termination. The supplied evidence does not demonstrate code execution, information disclosure, arbitrary read, or integrity impact. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107729 1 Sumatrapdfreader 1 Sumatrapdf 2026-10-09 5.5 Medium
SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.7.0.22298, src/MobiDoc.cpp narrows the untrusted unsigned mobiHdr.hdrLen field to a signed integer for validation; values above INT_MAX become negative and bypass the upper-bound check. When the EXTH flag is set, the original unsigned value is reused as a pointer offset, causing DecodeExthHeader() to read beyond the record buffer. Opening a crafted MOBI file can reliably terminate the application with a native access violation; no code execution, information disclosure, or integrity impact has been demonstrated. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-107726 1 Hazelcast 1 Hazelcast 2026-10-09 8.8 High
Hazelcast is a unified real-time data platform combining stream processing with a fast data store. Prior to 5.4.5, 5.5.10, and 5.6.1, improper validation of data supplied by a malicious client able to connect to a cluster allows arbitrary reads from a cluster member's Java heap, off-heap data, and JVM process address space. The same flaw can crash cluster members and, in some Hazelcast Enterprise Edition configurations, corrupt memory with possible arbitrary code execution. Both slim and full distributions are affected. This issue is fixed in versions 5.4.5, 5.5.10, 5.6.1, and 5.7.0.
CVE-2026-107724 1 Nearform 1 Fast-jwt 2026-10-09 7.4 High
fast-jwt provides fast JSON Web Token (JWT) implementation. In 6.2.4, fast-jwt can classify raw serialized public JWK or JWKS JSON as an HMAC secret because src/crypto.js performDetectPublicKeyAlgorithms treats non-PEM strings as symmetric key material. If HS256 is explicitly allowed or inferred, an attacker who knows the exact serialized public-key bytes can use those bytes as an HMAC key and create a token containing arbitrary claims that createVerifier accepts. Serialization ordering or whitespace differences can prevent exploitation, and applications using supported PEM keys with an asymmetric-only algorithm allowlist are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 6.3.0.
CVE-2026-107721 1 Nearform 1 Fast-jwt 2026-10-09 5.9 Medium
fast-jwt provides fast JSON Web Token (JWT) implementation. Prior to 6.3.0, fast-jwt createVerifier accepts Infinity for clockTolerance because its option validation checks type and negativity but not finiteness. In validateClaimDateValue, infinite positive and negative modifiers make exp and nbf comparisons always pass, allowing expired or not-yet-active tokens to be accepted. The verifier cache also derives infinite bounds, so entries created under this configuration can remain valid until eviction. Exploitation requires an application administrator or equivalent configuration path to set clockTolerance to Infinity. This issue is fixed in version 6.3.0.
CVE-2026-107719 1 Nearform 1 Fast-jwt 2026-10-09 4.2 Medium
fast-jwt provides fast JSON Web Token (JWT) implementation. Prior to 6.3.4, the fast-jwt createVerifier cache can continue accepting a previously valid, signed JWT after its exp time when caching is enabled and the token has exp but no iat. In src/verifier.js, cacheSet derives the exp cache deadline only when iat is present, so the cache falls back to cacheTTL, and a later cache hit returns the saved payload before verifyToken rechecks expiration. An attacker who can replay the same cached bearer token can extend access until the cache entry expires, but cannot forge a token through this issue. This issue is fixed in version 6.3.4.
CVE-2026-107716 1 Masci 1 Banks 2026-10-09 N/A
Banks generates meaningful LLM prompts using a simple template language. Prior to 2.5.1, Banks DirectoryPromptRegistry does not reject symbolic links for index.json or discovered and existing .jinja prompt files. In an application where untrusted users can influence a prompt directory, DirectoryPromptRegistry._scan() and DirectoryPromptRegistry.get() can follow a link outside the registry root and disclose a file, while DirectoryPromptRegistry.set(), DirectoryPromptRegistry._save(), and DirectoryPromptRegistry._load() can read or overwrite an external link target. The issue requires attacker influence over the registry directory or its extracted contents. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.1.
CVE-2026-107714 1 Sparklemotion 1 Mechanize 2026-10-09 5.9 Medium
The Mechanize library is used for automating interaction with websites. Prior to 2.14.1, Mechanize::HTTP::Agent#response_redirect treats redirects as same-origin when the host matches without consistently comparing scheme and port. A same-host HTTPS-to-HTTP redirect can send Authorization and Cookie headers over cleartext, while a same-host redirect to another port can send a caller-supplied Cookie header to a different service. Cookies in Mechanize#cookie_jar remain scoped separately; the issue affects caller-supplied headers and can disclose credentials without affecting integrity or availability. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.1.
CVE-2026-107396 1 Indico 1 Indico 2026-10-09 5.4 Medium
Indico is an event management system that uses Flask-Multipass, a multi-backend authentication system for Flask. Prior to 3.3.13, users who can manage events or create content, including speakers who can upload material, can store crafted javascript URLs in fields that accept custom URLs. A user who follows one of these URLs can execute attacker-controlled script in the user's browser in the Indico origin. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.13.
CVE-2026-107394 1 Indico 1 Indico 2026-10-09 6.8 Medium
Indico is an event management system that uses Flask-Multipass, a multi-backend authentication system for Flask. Prior to 3.3.13, the previous fix for CVE-2026-25738 did not cover an edge case, allowing an event organizer to submit a crafted URL that points to a prohibited local target but is accepted as valid by Indico. The organizer can read data returned by the target through affected Indico features. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.13.
CVE-2026-107391 1 Borewit 1 Music-metadata 2026-10-09 6.2 Medium
music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. In the public development revision introduced after 11.14.0, a development-branch regression in the MP4 stsd sample-description parser allows an attacker-controlled sample-entry size of zero to prevent the StsdAtom.get cursor from advancing while an attacker-controlled entry_count keeps the synchronous loop running. A crafted MP4-family input can block the Node.js event loop and grow the sample-description table until the process is terminated or exhausts memory. The vulnerable change was present on the public master branch but was not included in music-metadata 11.14.0 or any earlier npm release, and version 11.16.0 contains the fix. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0.
CVE-2026-107386 1 Rabbitmq 1 Amqp091-go 2026-10-09 N/A
amqp091-go is a Go AMQP 0.9.1 client. From 1.13.0 until 1.14.0, the frame-size mitigation from the prior allocation advisory can be bypassed before connection.tune completes because Connection.maxFrameSize uses zero for both the not-yet-negotiated and negotiated-unlimited states. A malicious or compromised AMQP peer can send a short body-frame header with a large declared payload length, causing ReadFrame and the body-frame parser to allocate attacker-selected memory before the payload is received or the frame's protocol state is rejected. The condition is reachable through public Open even when Config.FrameSize is set to the protocol minimum and can cause severe memory pressure, out-of-memory termination, or loss of the client process before authentication completes. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.0.
CVE-2026-107380 1 Darylldoyle 1 Svg-sanitizer 2026-10-09 5.4 Medium
savg-sanitizer is a PHP SVG/XML sanitizer. Prior to 1.0.0, svg-sanitizer's isHrefSafeValue() validates an SVG href after XML DTD entity expansion, but saveXML() serializes the original entity reference after removing the DTD declaration. A crafted entity such as Tab can appear to the sanitizer as a safe fragment prefix while HTML5 Named Character Reference resolution during inline HTML rendering later converts the surviving reference to whitespace, exposing a javascript: URL. When an application embeds the sanitized SVG inline, a user who activates the link can cause script to execute in the embedding page's origin. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0.
CVE-2026-107375 1 Jhipster 1 Generator-jhipster 2026-10-09 8.8 High
JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures. From 7.0.0 until 9.4.0, reactive applications generated with Spring WebFlux, Spring Data R2DBC, and a SQL database pass the attacker-controlled sort request parameter from paginated entity-list endpoints into createOrderByFields in generators/spring-boot/generators/data-relational/templates/src/main/java/package/repository/EntityManager_reactive.java.ejs. The generated code renders these properties into the SQL ORDER BY clause without validation or quoting, and the R2DBC simple query protocol can execute additional statements separated by semicolons. A normal authenticated user can consequently read sensitive tables, modify or delete data, or drop tables, while non-reactive JPA applications and NoSQL backends are outside this root cause. This issue is fixed in 9.4.0.
CVE-2026-107299 1 Mcollina 1 Msgpack5 2026-10-09 5.9 Medium
msgpack5 is a msgpack v5 implementation for node.js and the browser. Prior to 6.1.0, the streaming decoder treats the reserved MessagePack byte 0xc1 as incomplete input instead of invalid input. When 0xc1 begins a stream, subsequent data remains buffered while the decoder waits for bytes that cannot make the value valid, allowing a remote peer to exhaust memory. This issue is fixed in version 6.1.0.
